For lunch (and I ate the rest for dinner), I had spaghetti and I made a "sauce" with a can of diced tomatoes, brown sugar, and hamburger meat. It was delicious.
Then, I made some pepper jelly. I used to get some up in NC, but ever since I came to FL, I've had a hard time finding one that tasted the same. So, I decided to try making my own. It came out a little more vinegary than I would have liked, but it was still delicious. And I am going to try to let it sit for a few weeks and then try again to see if the vinegar taste has gone down some.

And for dessert, I had some granola, topped with peach yogurt, finished off with a dollop of peach jam, made by my sister-in-law last summer.

Here is the recipe for the jelly!
